Package Two:  Wedding Collaboration Package (Partial-Planning)

Together, we will collaborate on your wedding to bring your wedding vision to life! The Collaboration package is our most popular and best value, and is intended for the bride who is looking for “Month-Of” Coordination, plus a little bit more!  This is a unique kind of package that not many planners offer, so read more below on why I think this is the best bet for most of my brides.

This package includes everything that is part of our Month-of Planning Package, plus additional collaboration, consultation and design services leading up to your big day! Most brides(and grooms!) who reach out to me are looking for that just right (not too much, not too little) Goldilocks fit with their Wedding Planner. They want a little bit more than just Day-Of/Month-Of coordination, but not the full wedding planning shebang. So I created this package to meet YOUR needs! First, let’s discuss how this package is an upgrade from the basic Coordination package. Think of this package as an equal partner dance collaboration. With the basic package, you are doing the bulk of the planning in advance, and I come in on the Day-Of to make everything flow smoothly. However, with the Collaboration package, I work with you at every stage along the way of your wedding. In addition to everything that is included as part of the Wedding Coordination package, you also get:

-Unlimited Calls and Emails, whenever, wherever for the entire duration of your wedding planning process!

-Up to Six In-Person Meetings (These would generally include an initial consultation, your rehearsal, a venue site walk-through, and any   other vendor consultations of your choosing, including catering tasting/planning review, consultation with photographer/DJ/etc!)

-Full Vendor Recommendation, including Pricing and Referral Guide

-Consultation on any and all aspects of your wedding planning

-Developing your budget (and sticking to it!)

-Rehearsal Ceremony walk-through and planning

-COMPLETE Wedding Day Logistics, Timeline, and Vendor coordination

Every Wedding Planner/Coordinator will offer slightly different services, so here is what you can expect when working with me on the day of your wedding:

First and foremost, I will be the person to make your vision come true on your wedding day, and I will be the one making sure that all the big things happen (like your ceremony going off without a hitch!) to all the small things, like making sure there is still toilet paper in the bathrooms towards the end of the night. Overall, it is my job to make sure that if any small thing does come up(caterer forgot to bring ice, bartender is running late, etc) I take care of it so you don't even know that anything is amiss. 

In addition, here are all the small details you can rest assured will be taken care of:

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, etc to ensure any specific pictures you require are taken.

  • Assist with facility diagrams and floor plans for your ceremony and reception sites.

  • Assist with vendor contact lists, wedding day timeline, and all details to be distributed to the wedding party.

  • The week before your event, I will contact every one of your vendors to confirm delivery dates, times, locations, and services contracted.

  • Coordinate and assist (as needed) all vendor set-ups to ensure your vision is implemented properly.

  • Assist with a vendor set-up schedule as part of the itinerary and distribute to all vendors and act as your spokesperson to ensure all of your wishes are achieved.

  • Assist with Ceremony Rehearsal and ensure that your whole wedding party knows what to do!

  • Assist with Ceremony Design and any other details to make sure your ceremony is exactly as you envision it.

  • Ensure tables and stage areas are set up according to your floor plan.

  • Ensure that no important detail is overlooked, including placement of the guest book, gifts, place cards, and cake tables etc., and ensure that all are placed and decorated appropriately.

  • Place favors, table numbers, etc...on guest tables.

  • Coordinate with the DJ or Master of Ceremonies to ensure your reception flows smoothly from start to finish and follows given time-line (announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)

  • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to musicians, caterer, photographer, etc.

  • Secure all gifts and personal items (Toasting Glasses, Cake Topper, etc.) with caretaker of your choice.

  • Assist you and your families with any matters that may arise.
