My experience with Jennifer was wonderful. She is incredibly alert and on top of everything. We met up many times and she did not miss any details and no matter what came up, she was able to turn the negative into a positive very quickly. She is sweet, friendly, lovable, with a very neutral personality and a positive attitude. She knows when to put her foot down with other vendors when she has to, and she does it with grace. Many things came up during our several meetings and the way she handled those situations really impressed me.
I highly recommend her because she works very hard to ensure that everything falls into place as smooth as possible so that the bride and groom don't have to worry about a single thing on their wedding day. Her team of girls are beyond sweet and wonderful, I am very thankful for them all. Thank you Jennifer for making my wedding day effortless for my husband and I. You truly deserve nothing but success for all your care and efforts!

Jennifer of Burlap & Rose helped in the pre planning and Day of Coordination of our Wedding this August. She was always kind and helpful throughout the whole process, as we were two lost kids trying to figure this out. She made sure to always be available for questions and provide us with good resources or reading materials if necessary, not to mention a little positive reinforcement when it all becomes too overwhelming. When it came to the wedding day itself and leading up to it, she was very professional, cool and collected so she could problem solve the small things that came up with ease. We had an Amazing wedding thanks to her great work and support! Totally recommend her & her team. Plus! She makes great Florals too.

Jennifer was a REAL asset to our wedding. Don't even think a second that you can do it by yourself, trust me, there will be moments of sheer panic. She brought so much support and ease to the entire process. She definitely had my back, and did a great job directing all the vendors, and was there to trouble shoot with great calm and dexterity (and yes, a little troubleshooting will be a part of it, it's just the way it goes when there are so many moving parts and people involved). Having Jennifer and her assistant there, was the best decision I made about the wedding. It also helps that they both have sunny smiles and really fun personalities!

Jen did such a great job on our wedding this past May! She was referred to us by our videographer and we were so grateful he told us about her because she did such a great job! I hired her to do both our florals and the day of planning. Right from the start I loved her overall style and friendly vibe. She went with me to floral mart where we went over the different flowers and costs. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding she stayed in touch and helped me really narrow down what I wanted for the centerpieces (which were hard to find!)
During the month of the wedding she made sure everything was organized and created great timelines for the day of as well as staying in touch with all the other vendors. I really felt like I could relax now. When the day of the wedding came I was naturally nervous, but I didnt need to worry about how things were getting done because she was on top of it all! She left us a cute "emergency basket" in the girls room filled with snacks and must haves, and when the night was over there was a really sweet gift for us, a really nice touch! When I finally saw the Chuppah and Bouquets I was stunned at how beautiful they were! She totally nailed it and I was so happy with the outcome. At the end of the night she made sure that the hotel staff cleaned our suite so when we went to our room totally exhausted it was perfect! Overall I would definitely recommend Jen and her team for their wedding and florals!

Jen from Burlap + Rose did a FABULOUS job providing wedding planning, day-of-coordination, and florals for our wedding. From our first conversation I knew she was the planner for me and she assuaged all my concerns that something would go wrong. Leading up to our big day, Jen was always very quick to respond to our questions and helped us stay on track with great advice and resources. Her floral choices were gorgeous, our friends even took them home at the end of the night! And if there were any issues at the wedding she handled them on the fly and shielded us from worry so we could just have fun celebrating. We appreciated her upfront pricing model and her ability to get things done. Jen is so friendly and easy to talk to. She was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her services. We feel she was worth 2-3 times as much as she charged!

I thought I found my wedding coordinator until I met Jennifer at Burlap + Rose! I literally found her at a bridal show and knew instantly she was the "vibe" I was searching for for my vintage/shabby chic wedding at the Santa Monica Carousel next April. We talked for a few minutes and I loved her organized, calm and focused energy! I knew right away this is the person I need running my special day! We did a site walk thru and she saw and pointed out things I did NOT---phew--thank GOD I have her! I am seriously OCD and a very T's crossed, I's dotted type of person and I love that Jennifer is like me. I truly believe I have picked the person that will have a keen eye, will be 100 steps ahead of any issues or problems and will also run things in a cool and friendly manner. She will run a tight ship and that is so important for a wedding's timeline and flow! On top pf being my coordinator, she is doing all of the floral for my event. She made me a mock up wedding bouquet for our 1st meeting walk thru and I was like "YES!!!!". She just GETS IT! I would highly recommend Burlap + Rose to all of you ... for peace, peace of mind and a perfect day... I am so glad I found this angel! So looking forward to all the fun we will have making the happiest day of my life, the happiest memory of my life!

I just worked with Jennifer and she did an amazing job in Malibu. The location was transformed and it really looked beautiful. I would highly recomond her services to anyone that is interested in their wedding planning or design!

I would like to take a moment to thank Jennifer for all that she did for us on our special day and to give an honest review of the services she provided for us. We hired Jennifer after being recommended to her by our venue, Malibu West Beach Club. We had planned a lot of ourwedding on our own, and MWBC suggested to take the last little stress off but hiring a day of coordinator. The recommended Jennifer as a true professional who already knew many of our vendors and had worked at Malibu West multiple times. We are so glad we listened to the recommendation! Throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding, Jennifer was available and worked for us above and beyond the "day of" role. She responded to emails, calls and texts quickly, and always had great ideas to add to what we were thinking. She also came to our final tasting with our caterer, which helped us greatly by her knowing the right questions to ask and suggestions that fell perfectly in line with the type of people we are (which she was also great at identifying). Another addition Jennifer brought to our wedding was her arch decorated with flowers. We had been hesitant about an arch, but after looking at more an more photos of our location with and without the arch, and after Jennifer showing us her arch (and pricing!), we decided to go with it. We had found a photo online of an arch decorated with flowers, which Jennifer used as a base. We had already hired a friend as our florist, but Jennifer was able to complement our table settings and bouquets perfectly with her floral decorations on the arch. I would also recommend her for any floral work you need. Her work is gorgeous and priced fantastically! Jennifer was the utmost professional not only coordinating our ceremony and reception from start to finish, but also in a time of potential crisis. Long story short: we hired a transfer service to shuttle guests to and from the hotel/venue. At some point during the night, Jennifer heard that one of the drivers had been sneaking drinks from the bar. She immediately found out who, confronted him, and called the company to demand a fix. The company sent a new driver and all guests got home safe! I tell this story because Jennifer took care of all this without us ever knowing (which could have potentially ruined our night), instead we found out the next day from our friends when they told us how awesome our coordinator was and how she had saved the night. By this time it was more than a story and not a stress - to which we cannot thank Jennifer enough. I recommend Jennifer for any event. She is smart and has great ideas, communicative, quick thinking, and really knows what she is doing. Just when you think you are planned, Jennifer is there to fill in the gaps. Thank you Jennifer and Burlap and Rose for everything you did, you are amazing and we are truly happy!
